| 1. All refunds must be requested in writing.
2. Greater than 7 days - any payment by credit card will
require a 4% processing fee (unless the course is canceled
by Kare-Med Consulting)
3. Within 7 days of the start of the cost – full refund minus a $ 79 processing fee
4. Less than 7 days but before the start of the class – full refund minus $125 processing fee
5. After the start of the class and before the start of the second day – 50% refund
6. After completion of the first day – no refunds allowed.
7. Registrant may apply for another course and have the fee apply to that course with an addition
$ 99 application fee.
8. Registrants may repeat the same course if not successful
passing of the CPC exam within 6 months of the original course for a $150 processing fee.
9. Registration fees paid by credit card must be
credited back to the credit card.
10. Registration fees paid by check will be refunded by company check once it is determined that the check has cleared.
